Nirodha Mindfulness Center

A Healthy Mind Leads to a Healthy Body

Nirodha is defined as “the cessation of suffering.” Through mindfulness practice, one can learn to harness the power of the mind to reduce mental and physical suffering and to discover the path to greater inner peace.

Learn the Basics of Mindfulness Meditation at Nirodha Mindfulness Center

Nirodha Mindfulness Center's goal is to create a community of support and to assist members in reducing stress, anxiety, and pain—as well as boosting attention, focus, and resilience—to enhance one's health and well-being with the practice of mindfulness meditation.

The Nirodha Mindfulness Center is a nonprofit charity organization that offers in-person and online training classes in mindfulness practice. Through our class offerings, we aim to help individuals of all ages and faiths learn the skills necessary to incorporate mindfulness practice into their daily lives. Through dedication to mindfulness practice, we hope to help people learn ways to calm and center the mind on the present moment.
